„New Shelteredness in Change“
Experiencing and managing change: An analysis of managers’ biographical development from the Perspectives of Heidegger and Bollnow
Since 2009 I was haunted by a silent search for answers how we cannot only survive but thrive and feel at home in this world – despite all threats, let them be real or just imagined.
One day, in the library of the University of Bielefeld a book found me and opened my eyes. It directed me towards an idea for scientific investigation.
The concept of “New Shelteredness in Change” was born and needed only six more years to evolve into an acceptable paper for a doctoral thesis admission.
With support of two supervisors of the University of Gloucestershire, Sue and Robin– I thank you a lot at this point – I now start my research journey and would love to share it with the scientific community and everybody interested in the “becoming process” of such a work.
This blog is a way of stepping out from behind the hidden, lonely desk of a researcher and shall break with an elitist conduct of science through transparency, vulnerability and enabling dialogue.
